nice

I’m hesitant to name it All Bodies or ABOB - primarily because I’d like to divorce it from All Bodies on Bikes the organization. We’ve recently incorporated as a non-profit, so things get all sorts of murky when a for-profit and non-profit have the same (or very similar names.)

I’ve been kicking around Gemini in my head this weekend - not related to body size or bikes at all - which is kind of nice.

Careful you don’t push away all the Sagittarii out there!

Gemini seems to be claimed already, unfortunately

Today is the day I learned to say that

what a fucking masterpiece. i’m so glad they stopped doing outkast a while ago and had no descent into garbage. have you ever looked at the personnel list for most of their albums? absolutely stacked

Big boi has had a couple of excellent solo albums since then as well

yeah he’s a treasure, they both are. i’m always glad to see people calling it quits before the quits get called- especially when they have so much left to give in another arrangement

Make sure the brand name is Googleable as well.

I really like Blonsky! If you don’t want the brand to carry your name, you could always change your name.

Perhaps to Seven Costanza?

Maybe there’s something here.

I give you permission on behalf of my people to go Polish after you sell the brand.

Names are hard but when you know you know I guess. The co I work did a huge rebrand and that included a naming component. I’ll see if I can dig up any useful guidelines or exercises!

Also nice you can think about a logo or visual whatever and brand name at the same time. Although it should stand on its own too…

If you want to have a quick chat I can share whatever I might about product design, technical soft goods and apparel, while fat!

Oh may also have some apparel freelancers in my network! My university is a lululemon/arcteryx feeder school.

My only input here is for whatever name ideas that become real possibilities, check those to make sure they’re not similar to slurs in other languages. The company I work for renamed itself to something that was very close to a slur in a language I don’t recall. They’ve since renamed the company, which is basically what it was named before that (great work everyone involved in that).

What do folks think of Kvell Outdoors?

Kvell is a yiddish word meaning “to be delighted.”

The other woman I’m going to be working with is also Jewish.
