They say the system is retro-fittable to any bike with flat mount discs. I assume the torque arm for the IGH goes to the flat mount holes, but I haven’t found pictures of that particular set up.
I did see these pics of the “stock” builds that show the purpose-built t-a frame inserts that are splined for the axle:
Edit in this video on their site you can see what I presume is this adapter sandwiched between the frame and rotor lockring.
