yeah, i have a little handlebar bag too (you actually saw it when you were here) - single layer xpac gets pretty floppy when used thoroughly and exposed to elements
Does it use Coroplast throughout? Is it damaged beyond âfloppyâ with rips?
No itâs just floppy. There are dirty creases and some delam that will eventually lead to separation.
I donât see how it would matter if you use coroplast, which I have anyway in the big bertha bag. The durability: sure.
for what itâs worth, my cnavas bag is going very strong after 4 years of all weather commuting. I donât know if itâs the be all end all, but that heavy ass weight does buy some durability.
What modelway Schwalbe tubes for 650x42? Do I bother with the 14a or just stick to the 12?
Jan really likes the SV14A, theyâre thinner than any of the other sizes but the radius is just slightly small, itâs really a 559 tube
Iâm a fan of the newer SV19A that they came out with after 27.5" became a thing
fred, is your elephant geo posted somewhere?
From the salad bar:

Axle to crown is 390? Whatâs the carbon fork drop in replacement you were thinking of Fred? I think that new carbon Ritchey disc fork that just came out is 395. Matters not?
closer to 395
the old Ritchey / Trigon corrected 26" fork is 415x50mm, slackening the angles about a degree and raising the BB about a cm

i canât get bikecad to run on my pc. can someone screenshot it?
needs firefox. you on chrome?
tried both, it just freezes firefox for me lulz
I had to update Java, make sure I allowed it to run, and use Firefox to finally get Bikecad to run. PITA.
Iâd like to see a photo from someone with bikecad pro, myself. Free doesnât give you everythig, or at least I donât know enough about bike geo to get a full picture from it.
bikecad in browser is such a fucking mess. When I get it to run I just donât close that window ever.
ne1?
I have been riding the 650x42 jibbers on my coffeegrinder jobber. The kool aid is taking effect I think.
Blazedelf⌠I know we tarckbeef at times, but youâre alright.
I snoozed on the 650x42s on Boulder, despite Fredâs suggestion, and now theyâre out of stock.
