Seconding quadlock as a great option.
I have a ram mount on my moto that works awesome. Probably overkill for a bicycle though
I have and like quad lock, but I don’t like to use their case all the time, and it’s a really tight fit to get on and off. like it tries to peel off my screen protector every time. maybe if I was using it on the bike every day I’d tolerate the hard plastic case with the funny cutout in the back

That’s the thing. Quad lock is tempting because I can use on both bikes and the car, and at that will get used every day
But I’m upset by the idea of a case with a funny cutout, unfortunate dealbreaker

I back the stick on quadlock mounts if you prefer no case life or have a case which they can adhere to.
The cutout isnt that deep imo, not something that I notice much.
