What is that weird lever?
If I remember right, it was a way to allow fixie kids access to a single brake lever from either hand. But it was supposed to be mounted next to the stem with the longer leaver extending across the stem face. Basically giving a single finger lever to both sides of the bar.

Not sure if it’s better or worse if he’s spray painting shit or doing a bad job of actually electroplating them. Does that even work on aluminum?
Locked up next to this the other day. I especially like that it’s on an old mountain mixte so it gives a Breezer series 1 effect
