Alright, I doubt it’s much of an improvement but you have convinced me to use up some khaki Newbaum’s I had lying around from a little Rivendell phase I went through. Looks terrible, feels alright.

Pretty much, mostly because the specter of me being a danger to other cyclists was raised. To be honest, the electrical tape was fine. It was wrapped over the tape that was on there before as a bandaid and the combo felt pretty good, so I left it. I am mostly defending my own laziness here, so I won’t say any more about it. In any case, if the cotton tape sucks it will at least remind me to sell the bike soon.
I will accept this.
