On the local lists, I’ve seen Ultegra bikes listed between $1k and $2.5k. The higher end seems to be not selling.
I’m going to look at eBay this weekend to see what things have been going for.

What’s a partial 11 speed xtr di2 group worth? It’s the shifter, junction box and great indicator, rear der, cassette, steerer tube battery, charger and wires.
Maybe $300 with a good tailwind? I bought a similar group on ebay for $250 a few years ago, but 11s mtb di2 prices skitter around like water on a hot skillet (looking at ebay today shows xtr danglers going from $140 to $600)
You’d probably get more money for the group if you parted it out and then just waited out the looky-loos and BaRgAiN HuNtErS.

Yeah, but I don’t know if anyone has bothered to sit down with a bus tap & decode the packet format yet. (Or, for that matter, broken open a firmware update and reverse engineered any of the various drivers.)
The dangler & pusher use servo motors, so my wild ass guess would be no. If so, it’s “just” a matter of decompiling the software and writing your own.
