So Enduro rn.
Sold it
But it went to an excellent dude who is leaving to ride to California this weekend and is gonna use it the way I want it to be used.
In loving memory of my Steel District. He changed some stuff out and sent me a picture and now it looks like this
REKT is so good and im stealing it
i can dig this
Wow, so many countless times Iâve trolled bikeforums with âis terk good biekâ when I should have just told all the normies to get rekt
I put this funny looking selle saddle on my voodoo and rode 1.5 Tarck centuries. The verdict on the saddle is that I like it. I wonder how long itâll take for my fat ass to bend the rails.
Then when I got home I realized that one of the fender stays was broken so I installed the alx fender that I took off my endpoint and now the bike isnât a rattly mess anymore.
It doesnât make any sense to me that Rudy doesnât work for a major bike brand as a product tester.
Rudy those rails wonât bend because of your weight. They will, however, bend if the saddle is slammed back on a shitty seatpost like you have. Get a seatpost with cradles that have more surface area. Or get a seatpost with a fuck ton of setback and center the saddle.
You know anyone I can talk to about this? because breaking things is definitely my calling.
Cleaned up all the bikes I have lying around, and got a frameset and bike ready to list for sale. I took a test ride on the bike (90s steel Lemond) and it still rode so wellâjust that classic steel comfortable and planted feeling with hardly any road buzz. I really should just stash it at my parents place to ride when Iâm there, but I have bad bike habits.
Installed @karl_dandleton s Mega 9 XTR bederder. My old ultegra 11s got the chain up to a 32 tooth cog ok, but this thing does it perfectly. Not to mention it just looks great. Nord nearing its final form!
Rusty dimpled the top of that SA in a day, I really was sitting on the cantle
daaang. i still want a norda.
just remember thatâs @karl_dandletonâs voodoo xtr derailleur and itâs is controlled by my 9s xtr keychain but itâs cast so i canât make you ghost shift.
enjoy! looks great on there!
I almost kinda def do mourn selling mine to d-life. But with two endpoints, i thought itâd be redundant. I mean, front load, sure, but dat wiggle life. sometimes early adopters donât get the loves. Though given how little Iâve ridden coffeegrinder, not really an issue of fomo lately.
This is inspirational. Mines been stuck in built up but needs work for almost 5 years.
endpoint wiggles plenty enough for me. maybe it doesnât wiggle right enough? but i think it does- i just canât find a 47ish tire i like.
iâm still not convinced that 650x48 is the one true way- i think itâs just too high volume for lots-of-road mixed terrain for a 155ish pound human. i need to give the blue label grando another try. thick as fuck and felt okay at 20psi but never felt THAT slow
Installed the Endpoint 12mm adapters on the day ruiner fork.
Wanted to do more but too warm in the garage.
Thatâs what 622x28 is for
Made our heavy bike a bit heavier with some ergo nubs.
And yes I am terrified of dropping a tool off the 7th floor.
