Remember knog blinkys
Still using rechargeable Knog Blinders on a bike that only gets used during the day
I bought a pair of them and they didnât work new. I used to think those were so cool.
They would send so many for alleycat sponsorship
I finally tried tubeless again on my road wheels after the Finish Line debacle. Hey wow, Orange Seal immediately sealed the staple puncture that caused me to rage quit last time. Amazing.
thatâs miracle milk
so Finish Line<Stans<Orange Seal?
Iâm most of the way through a bottle of Stans, will probably replace with Orange Seal unless someone reminds me of the good homeade sealant recipe
And then orange seal endurance triumphs over standard orange seal.
Orange seal > all
That said anybody tried the muc-off brand tire milk? Itâs pink and that alone is tempting me
Local shops around here have started using it, they like it well compared to the orange seal they used before. Itâs well spendy at my local spots for my taste thoughâŚ
I used Keith Bontragerâs recipe, about on par with Stanâs but a fraction of the cost. I wish I had only made a small batch of it initially because I think if I made it thicker it would be awesome. I also wanna ditch the corn meal for something else, thinking walnut shells or something.
But then I ordered a bottle of Orange Seal Endurance. I still have the homebrew and use it to fill the tubes on the Bob strollers, balance bike, kiddo trailer, etc.
Oh right, he had a recipe for that AND chamois cream
4:1 RV antifreeze (propylene glycol) to latex mold builder plus some quantity of grit/fiber of your choice. I use pulverized coffee bean chaff.
iâm gonna keep saying it but finish line is not a tubeless sealant. it doesnât work for tubeless. but for tubes it works really surprisingly well and seems to last a long long time without drying out
I replaced the lace and both ratchet wheels on my good shoes. Easier than I thought it would be.
From these finger shredders:
To these lovely things:
Installed the IQ-X @schultzor traded for my old Cyo Premium. I was hoping the top-mount option would eliminate the need for an attachment piece, the light mount just isnât placed well.
Why not tuck it back under the rack? Wheel shadow?
Yeah, I like the light as far forward as possible while remaining under the rack.
I put the old cyo on the soon to be consigned surly.
You should send the rack off to your framebuilder and get a new eyelet brazed on further forward and on the correct side of the rack.
