Wow… just wow.
Most trendy clothes are just durable enough to last for as long as they are fashionable.
Do you know what it’s like when people are talking about some shit on television and there’s the one annoying guy that keeps saying, “I don’t have a television, I don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about?” I am that guy right now with regards to this thread.
heath, check your messages… did you send me brakes?
I let my tape rock till my tape pop
smokin weed in Bambu
sippin on Private Stock
wait for the record, since when is a thrift store = quality? wtf? half the shit there is just old poorly made shit, as opposed to new poorly made shit.
i’ve already spent too much time talking about this being that i don’t give a shit where people buy their clothing.
I am that guy with respect to TV. We own one, but the kids have it locked on Noggin 24/7. Wow Wow Wubbzy muthafuckazzzz! LOL
Now I’m in the limelight 'cause my rims tight

i have a television, but i only use it for 360 and dvd’s
More like 99.5% poorly made shit. The thrift store is a reflection of the stuff people buy new, which is primarily disposable crap. Also, with the advent of eBay and craigslist, a lot of things with any perceived value are going to go up on there first before they just get donated. Quality and fashionable are not one and the same either.
Companies like UO exist in large part because people want to buy what’s cool and not necessarily have to decide for themselves without any guidance what is cool. UO makes it easy to choose from among pre-approved cool options. Trying to duplicate an UO look shopping at the thrift store and bragging about it is douchey, but at least it’s less wasteful.
i don’t have an urban outfitters.
cereal, never seen one ever. i think i like canada.
edit; just looked up urban outfitters on the net. A) fuck that shit. B) theres one like 20 blocks down my street. fuck this shit. i’m moving.
this “95% of x is crappily made” is dumbshit logic.
95% of bicycles made and sold are $100 walmart shit. 95% of music made sucks. You don’t give up on bikes cuz there’s full suspension Nexts, and you don’t give up on music cuz Creed; you look past the crap to find the good stuff. Same with thrift stores.

at the very least, thrift store prices more accurately reflect the quality of the clothing.
