What I wanna know is if a torque sensing bb and rear hub drive gives you pedal assist and mega low drivetrain wear
I was going to buy the full kit from them but now you got me wondering⦠What are my options?
So the new Grin all Axle actually has the torque sensor in the free hub body. No need to mess with the BB. The reduced chain wear does seem like a good perk on a long tail, im hopeful the torque sensing and rear hub drive still provide a natural and fun bike feel.
No clue, honestly. I did no research on that and just bought everything from them.
In hindsight, I wish Iād have gotten a Baserunner instead of a Phaserunner. I donāt think the lower max amp rating of the Baserunner would have mattered at all and it would have been a slightly cleaner install on my bike.
for certain itās less than mid drive. should be closer to normal bike
I donāt know if itās the long chain or if I am just staying out of Turbo Mode, but I thought my TSDZ2 was going to shred my drivetrain and it didnāt happen. Iāve got almost 4000 miles on the chain and cassette that came on the bike, about half that with the TSDZ2, and the shifting is still good and Iām not getting any skipping or slapping. This is way better than I get on any other bike lol
Anyone know how long a hose Iāll need for the rear brake on Ashās Madsen? I assume itās approximately the same as any other longtail. I wonder if this 2000mm shimano kit will work or if I should buy the 3000mm jagwire kit. If I get the jagwire, I have to also figure out fittings.
Other than getting a string, mocking it up, and then measuring length of string id err on side of too long.
Does the caliper use a banjo fitting? If not BH90 comes in bulk by the foot.
Been asking myself this question lately as I look at the 1-gallon bottle of the original Finish Line sealant in my shopping cart at uncle Jeffās.
Wanna go Dutch on a bulk roll?
Iād buy at least five meters from you.
I now have a bike with hydros and I have no spare hydro hose or connectors so Iād buy some too.
Pretty cool atmo. I wonder why they didnāt go with the cable steering like on the packster.
I want that. the clamshell design of the box and accessories looks so practical, and it is small enough to likely feel nimble in a city
Yeah I love the flexbox. Has anyone else done something like that?
Check out muli and yoonit
Also I loooove this bike and think it could do really well in the US market
Yeah those are cool too, I love the muli especially, but neither are available in the US right? Itās all academic for me anyway, these bikes are awesome but too pricy for my use case.
