I concur. Super simple. Unless you’re also scavenging parts off of other bikes to swap tires and bars. Even after all of that I’d estimate under 1.5 hrs. Even faster if you don’t have to do it in your living room and you have an actual repair stand.
Dangler was adjusted fine for mine. Brakes were the most annoying because the front fender stay pushed the caliper in at the bottom and the top bolt was slightly bent. Had to temporarily undo the stay and replace the top bolt to get it correctly adjusted. Very slight rotor truing too, mainly on the front. I rode it a little before doing any of that.
I did need to adjust the chain keeper ever so slightly because the chain would rub on one part of the chainring in the lowest gear.
Crank had different colored stickers on each arm to warn about left vs right hand treading, with matching stickers on the pedals. Mine included a pedal wrench and 4/5/6mm allen keys. You’d need a 3mm key and an 8mm wrench to install the platform and install a bottle cage.
I’m wondering if my sister could do if I coach her over Facetime.
The have assembly videos.

But it looks like they’re all gone now
I was going to say that the only tool it supplied is the 8mm box wrench. But then I remembered this:
Haven’t tried it but I’ll put money on it being 8mm.
It’s not, I just tried.
Me too.
WTH Raleigh!
That $35 Ritchey Kyote bar would probably get it done, too.
Did a Home Depot run one day for house cleaning supplies, gardening supplies, mulch & soil. Didn’t have the chairs I wanted in stock so went to Lowe’s a couple days later. New outdoor pot, more soil and patio chairs. So nice to be able to enjoy my patio with Sup now!
please put an adult in that chair and drive them around.
I’d wager it is supposed to be 8mm.
That’s a nice size for a 15mm wrench to carry if you have a SS with nutted axle.
That makes it perfect for a tool keg.
Get one of those flask cages shartmo
Mine was loose as well
Or a lorry with nutted axles.
I noticed the same thing, it was amusing.
